Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The return request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
The product may be used, opened, or damaged, but must be returned complete
All accessories and documents should be included where possible
The original packaging is appreciated but not mandatory
Requests made after 14 days may be declined unless the product is defective or covered under warranty.
3. Return Method and Shipping Costs
Returned items can be:
Dropped off at a designated collection point, or
Picked up by a courier at your address
We will provide instructions based on your location. 👉 Return shipping is free of charge and covered by Chef Thermomix.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Exceptions
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
